Marcin Barański is an intellectual-property strategist and licensed attorney (OIRP Poznań) who leads a boutique law practice devoted to securing commercial IP and brand assets for clients in manufacturing, entertainment, art and culture. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he is now preparing a PhD in copyright law while lecturing on IP strategy and cultural-sector law at major universities in Poznań and Warsaw.
Over the past decade Marcin has advised artists, managers, event organisers and corporate innovators on copyright, licensing, anti-infringement enforcement and brand-protection roadmaps. His firm’s work spans contract drafting, portfolio audits, dispute resolution and proactive security strategies that translate legal insight into competitive advantage. Outside the courtroom and classroom he devotes his free time to music—his lifelong passion and a creative lens through which he approaches the complexities of intellectual-property law.
