Our Story

The ThinkHumanX journey began with the founding of takemedia.digital, originally established as a design agency.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our expertise through collaborations with MedTech startups, pharmaceutical companies, and government entities across Europe. As global megatrends in healthcare, well-being, and aging emerged, we evolved into ThinkHumanX—a platform dedicated to harnessing the power of design, technology, and empathy to spark meaningful change.

Through every project, we remain committed to bridging the gap between creative insight and responsible innovation, ensuring that our work reflects both the needs and values of the communities we serve.

An IP strategist with nine years in the creative industries, he blends deep EU-law scholarship with hands-on experience safeguarding inventions, know-how and brands across Europe.

Environmental Strategist

Katarzyna Golas is an Environmental Strategist and lawyer who guides brands toward sustainable growth, marrying legal rigour with circular-economy thinking. A prize-winning INADR-trained mediator, she helps organisations translate compliance into brand equity that endures.

Marcin Baranski
Intellectual Property Strategist

Marcin Barański is an Intellectual Property Strategist and practising attorney who helps businesses and creators safeguard commercial IP and brand value across manufacturing, entertainment and the arts. A lecturer at leading Polish universities, he combines courtroom rigour with a passion for music and cultural innovation.

Marcin Kieruzel is Chief Technology Officer at ThinkHumanX, where he shapes software strategy and sharpens each product’s value proposition. A sociologist-turned-engineer with 15 years leading development teams, he fuses human insight with technical rigour while mentoring the next generation of European coders.

Head of Design (CEO)

Michal Golas steers company strategy and leads product design at ThinkHumanX, partnering with clients to create empathetic, future-ready solutions. A serial innovator since founding takemedia.digital in 2010, he blends product thinking, brand storytelling and cultural insight to deliver work that lasts.
