Michal Golas
Michal Golas shapes company strategy and heads product design at ThinkHumanX, partnering with organisations to craft roadmaps for empathetic, long-lasting and scalable digital products. A champion of innovation and change, he founded takemedia.digital in 2010 and has since guided public and private clients through the evolving crossroads of product development and brand communication. Beyond business, Michal enriched cultural life as director of the Guitar Academy Festival, staging more than 100 concerts, and later as Editor-in-Chief and CEO of lifestyle title TAKE ME magazine.
His academic foundation spans Commodity Science & Quality Management (Poznań University of Economics and Business), Innovation Management (University of Social Sciences and Humanities), and an MBA in Change Management (Victoria University, Melbourne). These diverse experiences fuel his mission to merge strategic thinking, design craft and human insight into digital experiences that resonate and endure.
